The account servicing payment service provider (e.g., a bank) shall provide or make available all information related to the initiation of the payment transaction and all other information to which it has access itself. Note: The payment initiation service provider must also provide certain necessary information, including identifying itself to the account servicing payment service provider and specifying the source of the payment request, the payment amount, and the intended recipient of the funds.
Beneficiaries
The payment initiation service provider (e.g., a payment service) shall receive the information provided or made available by the account servicing payment service provider.

Remuneration may be required. The account servicing payment service provider (e.g., a bank) may pass on transaction-related costs to the payment initiation service provider (free of charge for the payer/customer).
