Article 23l para. 1 RailA The FOT may record, process and publish interoperability-related data from railway undertakings. Article 15f RailO 1 The Swiss Capacity Allocation Body shall keep a register of the information required for traffic on the infrastructure. The register shall meet the requirements of the Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/777 (infrastructure register). 2 Infrastructure managers shall enter on the infrastructure register the information required for network access. 3 The FOT shall issue directives on the keeping of the register, especially delimitation of the network. After consulting the FOT and the infrastructure managers, the Swiss Capacity Allocation Body shall regulate the details of information transmission. It shall ensure that the owners and operators of transshipment facilities dedicated to combined transport and sidings are informed.
