2 It may make data available to the authorities, to organisations and to private individuals relating to keepers of vehicles, driving licences as well as technical data originating from the SIAC information system. An exception shall be made for sensitive data. For this purpose,FEDRO shall enter into service and data protection contracts whereby it may issue authorisations for access to SIAC analysis. 3 No such contract need be placed if only anonymised or technical data are made available.
