Ordinance of 1 November 2017 on Energy

1 The cantons shall immediately inform the SFOE in writing of licences in accordance with Article 71c, paragraph 1a, EnA a. opening of a public inquiry into an application for planning permission, stating the site of the wind turbine, the installed capacity of the turbine and the expected annual electricity generation; b. initial licensing; c. commencement of licences; d. withdrawal of applications and surrender of licences. 2 If a turbine is commissioned, its operator shall immediately inform the SFOE in writing, stating the installed capacity and expected annual electricity generation. 3 The SFOE shall maintain a publicly accessible list of the information referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 and keep it updated.
