Art. 17 para. 4: The recipients (...) must return the data received to the Federal Office on completion of their work or confirm in writing that the data has been destroyed. Passing on the data to third parties is only permitted with written consent of the Federal Office. Art. 17 para. 5 The Federal Office divulges the data only if data protection is guaranteed and the required contractual arrangements have been made.
