Article 1a Online publication 1 Publication within the meaning of this Act shall take place centrally on a publicly accessible online platform (Platform). 2 Publication shall in principle allow consultation of successive versions of the text in a form which is also machine-readable. The Federal Council shall determine the exceptions.
