Article 24 Communication obligations 1 … 2 Each month the distribution businesses shall communicate the titles of distributed films, the screening venues, the venues where they have already been screened and numbers of recorded admissions per title and venue. 3 Screening businesses in key towns and cities shall notify weekly – and those elsewhere, monthly – the titles of films screened, the venues where they were screened and numbers of recorded admissions per title and venue. 3bis … 4 The data shall be passed to the federal authorities or an organisation recognised by them. 5 The data referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3 shall be published periodically.
