Legal text :

1 The responsible authority in accordance with Article 8 paragraph 1 GeoIA may make official level A geodata openly accessible through geodata services. 2 Permission for use is deemed given for public data with open access. 3 Access may be restricted or withheld in cases of misuse or over-use. 4 The responsible authority may monitor open access using suitable tools, including recording of IP addresses, in order to prevent misuse or over-use.
